Connecting Through Purpose and Values and Getting Change Ready for the Future

The Challenge

Following staff turnover and leadership change, the team was feeling disconnected, uncertain, and in need of cultural clarity and shared direction.

 

What We Did

Through the workshop series “Culture Reinvigoration Journey", we guided the team through two sessions focused on:

  • Uncovering what makes the team brilliant.

  • Surfacing shared values and purpose.

  • Exploring barriers and cultural blind spots.

  • Assessing change readiness across mindset dimensions.

 

The Impact It Made

The process sparked reflection, reconnection, and realignment. The team:

  • Reclaimed shared values.

  • Strengthened individual and collective purpose.

  • Identified key cultural shifts needed for the road ahead.

Another session is now underway, deepening this work and preparing the team for what’s next.
