Unleashing The Wisdom Within
Why 2026 feels different
An open letter to our community....
Hello folks, it's Jen here, welcoming you into the new year with some of my personal reflections.
Every new year cycle is a time for renewal, to reflect on the past year, what we learned and ask ourselves who we want to be this year.
As December came to a close, I found myself asking:
How did last year end?
What energy do I want to carry into this year?
What do I want to leave behind?
But the question that kept calling me was something that felt a little more uncomfortable: What have I yet to awaken? to unleash? I often feel myself getting frustrated that I'm not doing enough, not reaching and impacting more lives, helping more organisations and the people within them to unleash the light that is within.
This light is fuelled by their experiences, not just the knowledge but the wisdom gained over time through overcoming self-doubt, fear, anxiety and becoming at peace with the ambiguity and uncertainty that shapes our world every day. Knowing where your place in the world is, why you're here and why it matters.
This year feels less about striving and more about trusting, about creating the space for what lies within us all, our wisdom comes through deeply connecting to what matters to us, connecting to the people that help us to be all that we're here to be and connecting to the wider world, the energy around us and our role in it.
Unleashing is the word guiding us into this year. A way of being, seeing and working that honours our highest calling, our greatest opportunity and reason for being.
This is my invitation to you, if you are reading this, it's because there is something that has drawn you to do so. Trust that. Trust yourself. Let the light that is within you shine brightly this year.
Much Love,
Jen

What this year is asking of us
Numerologically, 2026 is a 1 year.
The start of a new cycle. But not the kind that demands instant momentum. A 1 year asks something more subtle first.
What matters now?
What no longer needs to be held?
Where is our energy best spent?
This is not about acceleration. It is about intention. About choosing direction so effort is not wasted and people are not pushed harder when what they actually need is focus.
Understanding the Moment We’re In
A new year is often marked by a calendar designed for order and efficiency, not for how people or systems actually change.
Time, as we experience it, moves in rhythms. Cycles of effort and rest. Expansion and integration. Long before modern work structures, cultures understood that change unfolds gradually, not on command.
Seen this way, we are not simply entering another year. We are moving through a wider transition. One where constant urgency is giving way to something steadier, more coherent, and more human.
These shifts do not arrive with noise or certainty. They emerge quietly. Through awareness. Through the body settling. Through space being created for clarity to surface.
This is why the beginning of a year does not need pressure or reinvention. It can begin with presence. With returning to rhythm. With noticing what becomes possible when we slow down enough to listen.
The calendar may mark the date.
The real shift begins when we come back into coherence.
