Our co-design approach sparked deep discussions about purpose, belief, and the "why" behind their work, highlighting the crucial alignment between actions and shared values. The outcome? A clear set of values that cut straight to what matters:

Using Modern People’s values tool, Boutique Advisers identified benevolence, hedonism, and achievement as their collective company values that underpinned their characteristics. What does this mean? Benevolence is favouring meaningful connections, hedonism is the pursuit of fun, levity and laughter and achievement is the drive for success and accomplishing goals. This insight into their collective psyche has shaped their approach, ensuring their values truly reflect the aspirations and desires of their team.
