The choice to pursue my passion has since allowed me to understand my purpose and recognize what I value most. It’s given me the strength to stand as my truest self and the ability to empower those around me. Since opening my Pilates studio in 2017 I’ve built an incredibly strong community. Our vibe attracts our tribe at Cardea and although Pilates sits at the forefront of what we do, my mission to encourage self-efficacy and empower our community is what sits at the core of what we do.
